Welcome to my world!

I design systems into form.

I work acrossArt

The instinct: Find pattern, give it shape.

01 · Who I am

I follow questions. They've led me through technology, product, buildings, simulations, ecosystems, and ink. I'm not done yet.

The through-line

Multiple mediums, orbiting one instinct.

However different the surface, the work always points back to the same center: read the system, find the pattern, and give it a form people can feel and use.

02 · Why it matters

One practice, unified by one way of seeing.

What I do

I notice systems & patterns

Before form, there is structure. I read the hidden order in a brief: the flows, constraints, and rhythms beneath it.

How I think

I translate complexity into form

Insight only matters when it's legible. I turn tangled systems into something clear, usable, and quietly beautiful.

What I create

One instinct across mediums

Buildings, tools, research, product, ink. Different surfaces, one design instinct carrying through all of them.

How I get the full picture

One situation, seen from every point of view.

The same problem looks different depending on where you stand. Every system has its own set of vantage points, and they shift from one project to the next, so I borrow each relevant one before deciding. Every angle shows a single face; together they reveal the complete picture.

Across scales

One design instinct, from the city to the human.

The same way of reading systems holds at every scale. I've built that instinct through buildings, spaces, and products, and it reaches up to the urban scale too. As the scale tightens, the principles carry through, and every decision at one scale informs the next.

Urban

The city as a system: flows, density, how people move.

Buildings

Structure and program: holding both life and logic.

Spaces

Interiors: how a room shapes how you feel and work.

Products

Objects and tools: the same instinct, in your hand.

Human

The person it all serves: comfort, reach, how it feels.

Zooming in: each scale informs the next, from the city to the human
