Problem

Architects and clients describe value in different vocabularies. "Biophilic interior with living walls and natural light" means nothing measurable to an investor evaluating the same space. Without a shared translation layer, real design value gets lost in the handoff to the people approving budget.

02

Research

Built a verified glossary of 100 design concepts across 7 categories (spatial, material, sensory, sustainability, process, technology, community), each mapped to a specific sourced metric. Sources include CBRE, the Leesman Index (300,000+ workplace occupants across 70+ countries), Knight Frank/Savills, RICS/BCO, the WELL Building Standard, the EPA, UKGBC, and LEED documentation. Every metric carries a hover-visible citation; unverified estimates are flagged as such rather than presented with false confidence.

Solution

A live translator: paste any design statement, and it pattern-matches against the 100-term glossary to return the ROI translation, the specific sourced metric, a business-impact tag (Revenue ↑, Asset Value ↑, Risk ↓), and a ready-to-use pitch line. No AI required, runs instantly, in the room, during the actual client conversation.
